Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Secure Packaging

Place the jewelry in its original presentation box and pack it securely inside a shipping box with all original certificates and documentation.

Ship Your Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, ensuring the package is scanned for tracking.

Inspection and Refund

Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
